Harmony day – Hindu Visitors

 

On Harmony Day Year 2 took part in a Diwali workshop. The children got to make clay Diva lamps and Diwali sweets and biscuits with Champa and Deeksha our Hindu visitors. They told us about how they get ready for the festival and why Diwali is special to them.

 

Lots of fun was had by all!
