Complaints Procedure
We are committed to working in partnership with parents, carers, and the wider community to provide the best possible education and support for our pupils. If you have a concern or complaint, we encourage you to speak to us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
How to raise a complaint:
Speak to your child’s class teacher or the relevant staff member informally.
If the issue is not resolved, contact the school office to arrange a meeting with a senior member of staff.
