Spring has sprung in the forest!

I wandered lonely as a cloud............. When all at once I saw a crowd A host of golden daffodils... W Wordsworth. ....and the frogs have been busy .....year two have some to watch the life cycle.

Teamwork, collaboration and problem solving - well done year 6.

The value of Collaboration is this terms theme. Year 6 had to work together to transport some water.

Greenwood

In the woods of upstate New York, an Oak tree is turned into a traditional post and rung stool.
Once the tree has been felled it's made using simple hand tools.....

Xylophone in Forest

We saw this and thought it was inspirational as to what can be done in a forest...

Year two learn to be kind to their friends.

today the challenge was to cook 3 seperate items We chopped the vegetables for the Majorcan stew It was hard work so we had to have hot chocolate! Orr stew bubbling nicely Everybody tasted young and old The verdict was it was very good We had a great time together There were Pizzas too! And chocolate bananas for pudding
